Here is what we know now:
✅ We will be moving forward slowly & safely. Your safety and the safety of of team and their families is important to us.
✅ Rescheduling of appointments will begin next Tuesday.
✅ We will begin rescheduling our guests who had appointments with us back in March and move forward.
✅ We ask that you be kind & patience.
✅ Calls & emails will be returned as they were received.
✅ Our hours of salon operation and your services will vary from the past in order to accommodate extra time for each service & sanitation.
✅ Our Team will be working with masks and/or shields. This will take them time to adjust. We are aware that they are hot & tough to talk in. We have been practicing, however.
✅ We will be calling to confirm your appointment the day before. We will have a covid-19 questionnaire that we will be asking you to answer.

Arriving at NEDIA
💚 We will ask that you remain in your car and call us when you are here.
💚 We will ask that you come with a mask. If you do not have one, we will be providing one for you.
💚 We ask that you understand that masks are necessary for your protection & our teams.
💚 Please come alone.
💚 Your temperature will be taken and you will be immediately escorted to your team member. We ask that you not congregate at the front.
💚 We have missed you and would like to greet you with a hug/handshake, we are sorry to not reach out and show you that warm welcome.
💚 We will give you a HUGE Smile from under our masks.
Please reschedule your appointment IF:
🚫 You have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, sore throat or loss of taste or smell.
🚫 You have traveled within 14 days.
🚫 Have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19
